Justice in Today’s Family Courts

It is apparent to me that examining bible scripture from a global perspective reveals a recurring theme about a societies treatment of their vulnerable as a reflection of that societies moral health. In child custody cases, I have seen first-hand how unrepresented and under-represented parents suffer subtle yet unfavorable judicial prejudice toward a parent with less financial resources than the opposing parent.
